MARTY CONVERSION

The build of our car is extensive, with each modification carefully thought out and planned. Below you can find the things we have done or bought with weight as a primary consideration for each modification, as was limited interior space.

GOAL 2: EXTREMELY CAPABLE OFF-ROAD
Two years on the road, with different conditions and different kind of roads requires a very strong 4×4 vehicle. We chose de Land Cruiser Troophy as it is a very strong and reliable car and it is an easy car to fix in every part of the world. I have added:

GOAL 3: INTERIOR LIVING SPACE
Two years travelling is not a vacation, it’s a lifestyle. We're building our LandCruiser into a house on wheels with a comfortable bed and a nice living space – to be able to escape the bugs, the rain, or even just escape the world for an evening. The build and design is centred around a Pop up roof and interior cabinets we designed and built.

Two years from South Africa to Egypte, from Uruguay to Alaska on our previous expedition taught us a lot. We love camping, varied food and cooking. We want to sleep up off the ground out of the mud. With that in mind, the following modifications where made:
